Agreement Between you and Multi Dynamics Nigeria
Ltd.
This agreement is between you, the website
user and Multi Dynamics Nigeria Ltd. Multi Dynamics offers this
agreement on condition that you agree to the terms of this agreement
as it is, without modification. This Agreement governs your use
of Multi Dynamics Nigeria Ltd website.
Consent
You are at least 18 years of age and that any
information you provided on this site is correct and shall be
used by Multi Dynamics Nigeria Ltd as it is for communications
and transactions. In no event shall Multi Dynamics Nigeria Ltd
be liable for deceit or any damages resulting from false or wrong
information provided by you.
If you do not consent to this agreement, the remedy is to discontinue
the use of the website.
Modification to this agreement
Multi Dynamics Nigeria Ltd reserves the right
to add, expunge, change the terms, conditions, and or the use
of this website without prior notification. It is your responsibility
to regularly review this agreement, taking into account the modifications
and abide by it.
Liability Limitations
The information provided on this website, including
third parties', links and or pointers to it has
been thoroughly reviewed by Multi Dynamics Nigeria Ltd and adjudged
suitable for public consumption for the purpose of information
particularly as it relates to our programmes, products and services.
However, Multi Dynamics Nigeria Ltd absolves itself of any blame,
liability, damages of any kind arising from the use, its interpretation,
or decisions made thereof after browsing website contents. Multi
Dynamics Nigeria Ltd shall not be held liable in any form for
decisions, interpretations or damages arising from reading or
browsing through this website. It is solely at the discretion
of you, the user of this website.
Product stocking
We strive to stock items at all time for customers'
satisfaction and early shipment. However, because of the quantity
of orders we receive daily, we can not guarantee availability
at all times. Should this occur, the affected customer will be
promptly advised. The delay is usually a matter of one to three
days more for small orders and a maximum of three weeks for large
orders.
Product listings
Multi Dynamics Nigeria Ltd strives for accuracy
in all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references,
detailed specifications, links and any other product-related information
contained herein or referenced on our website. Due to human error
and other determents we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions,
photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications,
pricing, links and any other product-related information listed
is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility
for these errors.
Product prices
Product prices as indicated on this website
are universal, meaning interested customers pays the same amount
for the same product. However, because distance varies, the shipping
and handling costs will vary. This explains the difference in
the amount payable by two customers in different parts of the
country.
Secondly, as the market dictates, prices shall be updated without
prior notice or permission. The authentic price for an item is
the price of the item as at the time of payment. As such customers
are advised to verify and confirm prices before making payments.
Lastly, in the event that a product listed on our website is labeled
with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational,
technical or other error, Multi Dynamics shall at its sole discretion
have the right to refuse and or cancel any order for said product
and immediately amend, correct and or remove the inaccurate information.
Product payment
As at now, the only means of payment for products
is through cash or cheque deposits into our bank account. We do
not accept cash, cheques, and credit or value cards. We ship products
only when we have confirmed that the money is already in our accounts.

Product Shipment
We ship using DHL, shipping rates are determine
by them not us. The expectation is that deliveries are made within
three days and at most one week irrespective of location in the
country. Customers are informed once his or her order is shipped
and customer tracking number shall be provided by Multi Dynamics
Nigeria Ltd to enable the customer track his or her order via
DHL website.
It is very important that customers' examines packages carefully
for wrong products or damages before signing and in the presence
of shipping courier. Once the delivery process is complete, the
customer can never recover the handling and shipping charges.
Products physical damage
Physical damage and or tempering with any product
purchased at Multi Dynamics Nigeria Ltd will effectively void
warranty coverage. Improper use or installation that resulted
in physical damage of items also void warranty coverage and as
a consequence cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical
damage includes but not limited to improper handling and or or
any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage like plugging
a computer or printer to bad power source or dropping it forcefully
on a hard surface like concrete floor, etc.
Product returns
We guarantee all products shipped through us
unless otherwise indicated. Branded and known trade mark (HP,
EPSON, CANON etc) products are accompanied by the original manufacturer
warranty and also can be serviced or replaced by the manufacturer
through its servicing centre(s) in the country.
Any unsatisfied customer can gladly bring the concerned item to
our office or ship back the item through DHL only if the item
has not been tampered with (not open, damaged in any form or some
part of it swapped) and within 5 working days from the original
invoice date for a refund.. We shall refund the customer up to
the price paid for the item by the customer, excluding the shipping
and handling costs, which would have been paid out to the shipping
and handling company.
Please note that software and the likes, that one can copy the
serial numbers even without opening the disk are not included
among the items that are returnable. We can replace bad media
but not the entire package.
Order cancellation
A customer can at any time before an order is
shipped request for cancellation of order placed with us. The
customer should simply call +234-1-554-3062 during the official
hours (9:00 am to 5:00 PM) for us to cancel the concerned order
and refund the paid amount. Refunds are usually paid within forty-eight
hours, unless there are unsettled issues. We strongly discourage
sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely
we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the
sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
