Yes though the receipt shall be issued
in the name of Multi Dynamics Nigeria Ltd. With our receipt,
you can head to any of the servicing centres appointed
by the manufacturer if you have problem with purchased
item and have used it under the terms of the warrantee.
You may not need to involve us if you so wish.

23. What should I consider when buying
a VSAT solution?
When buying a VSAT solution you should consider:
- If you are a commercial or non-commercial user. This
will help you determine your bandwidth needs. Tips-number
of workstations, the resources you intend to deploy
on your network like software application, VOIP and
calls routing via locations etc.
- Consider the cost of bandwidth instead of the hardware
cost.

24. KU or C band, which is suitable
for me?
Do needs assessment and you will come up with
the right answer. We can consult for you for free if you
buy our service. Note that hardware cost is huge and you
may be forced to pay for almost new hardware if your provider
is not given you the right service.
25. I found KU cheap and affordable;
can I start with it and later migrate?
Migrating from KU to C band has a lot of implication;
the hardware is of primary consideration, what should you
do with the antenna, BUC LNB and sometimes the modem if
you want to migrate? Though the modem Multi Dynamics is
selling has the ability to support both class, the antenna
and other equipment have to change.
So the cost of migration from KU to C may not necessarily
be cheap after all. Please do your needs assessment and
get it right the first time.

26. How much is your website design,
I just want five pages only?
Web design from multi Dynamics view point is
not just the number of pages you want. We have a custom
of assessing needs first to ascertain what your true needs
are and to even determine if you actually need a website
or not. We achieve through the use of a questionnaire.
The questionnaire will revel the sophistication, functionality,
type of technology (database, scripting tools, etc), the

27. Someone offered me 2MB hosting for
5k why are you talking about basic, standard, corporate
and all sorts of hosting plan?
- The sophistication and the size of your web service
specify your hosting plan. If you have a database supporting
your website, or have implemented file uploads then
you would need to plan for growth well in advance as
you may not be aware when your website will run out
of disk space.
- How secured you want your website to be is another
very important factor to consider. If you want secured
service, then shared hosting is not an appealing option.

that type of hosting does not support any other service
